Your privacy.

This notice describes Strongr Daily’s website email choices: Daily devotionals, beta testing, and app news and launch updates. It covers the website signup service and its email messages; the app has a separate privacy notice.

What the signup collects

Your email address, your selected email topics, and records of your consent, confirmation and later preference changes. You do not need to provide your name, address or phone number. Each topic is optional. Existing beta and launch subscribers are not automatically enrolled in Daily devotionals.

Why we use it

To confirm your request, send a welcome email, contact you about your chosen interests, and honour changes or unsubscribe requests. We also process delivery failures and spam complaints to prevent further unwanted email. We do not sell the signup list.

Services that process signup information

Cloudflare hosts the website, stores the signup records in D1 and provides Turnstile spam protection. The website uses Turnstile in Invisible mode; Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information to distinguish visitors from automated abuse. Please read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Resend processes email addresses, confirmation and welcome messages, your selected subscription topics, scheduled email editions, delivery events and unsubscribe requests. Its Marketing service delivers editions to readers subscribed to the relevant topic. Providers may process information outside Canada. Their current terms and privacy notices apply to their services.

The signup application converts IP addresses and email addresses into salted hashes for short-term rate checks. Cloudflare also receives the original network connection information. This does not mean the website or its providers are anonymous.

Your choices

By selecting “Keep me informed”, you request only the emails you have selected. A separate email confirmation completes your signup. Confirmation, welcome and update emails include a devotional moment from approved content. Daily editions arrive as released; beta and app updates remain occasional. Including a devotional in an update does not enroll you in the separate Daily email list. Every list email includes preference and unsubscribe links. You can stop a single topic while keeping another, or unsubscribe from all emails. Contact [email protected] to ask about your signup information or request correction or removal. We may need to verify that the email address belongs to you before acting.

Retention and protection

We keep confirmed interest and consent records while operating the list, and keep unsubscribe and suppression records to avoid sending unwanted email. Unconfirmed links expire after 24 hours; obsolete unconfirmed records are removed seven days after expiry. Sent or cancelled message bodies and obsolete action links are removed after seven days. Minimal delivery receipt records and provider event records are retained for 30 days so delayed delivery failures can be handled. Application rate-check hashes are removed after 48 hours. Provider retention and logs are separate.

Signup credentials stay on the server. The form receives only the business mailing address intended for the public email footer. Personal billing information, a home address and a private forwarding inbox are not placed in the website or subscriber emails.
